Flights are not included in the price however the airport transfer is included. You will be personally met by a Retreat representative and taken back to the luxury villa and returned back to the airport.

Aqua Club Thermal is the most complete urban thermal spa circuit in Tenerife if not Europe! Included in the package is a 2 1/2 hour session.
Our in-house Chef will provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks throughout the day along with water, herbal and normal tea and coffee.
The Retreat is a family run business and is dedicated in making you feel welcome, during your fitness holiday you will be training together, eating together and most importantly bonding and living like a family together.
One full day off training so you can relax and recuperate (A chance to visit the island go up to Mount Teide or have fun at the best water park in the world)
During your stay with us you will be able to go on a minimum of 2 different excursions one will be a whale & dolphin boat trip
During your whole time you with us you will not need to spend a penny! All above is included, we even take you to a local restaurant for your farewell meal.
